Swangz Avenue Ltd was not bought and no interest in it changed hands in anything located. What is established is narrower: a 2019 Ugandan trade report that Vinka had signed to Sony Music while keeping Swangz Avenue management, and a phonogram credit line on her own commercial releases that names Sony Music Entertainment Africa (Pty) Ltd and Sound African Recordings from 2 August 2019 to 14 April 2023 and Swangz Avenue from 6 July 2023 onward.

NO AMOUNT EXISTS ANYWHERE. No advance, fee, royalty rate, term length or option structure appears in any source located. "Not disclosed" is the accurate entry, not a placeholder for a figure this desk failed to find. No currency is recorded for the same reason.

THE STRUCTURE IS NOT STATED BY EITHER PARTY. Whether the 2019 arrangement was a recording contract, an exclusive licence, a distribution agreement or something else is not said anywhere reviewed. The deal type is filed as Licensing because that is the closest available classification in this site's vocabulary for an artist arrangement with a major's regional imprint where the label of record changed and the artist's own management company was expressly retained. WHETHER THE ARRANGEMENT ENDED IS NOT ESTABLISHED. No termination, expiry, lapse or variation has been announced by Sony Music Entertainment Africa (Pty) Ltd, by Sound African Recordings, by Swangz Avenue or by the artist. The absence of the credit after 14 April 2023 is a fact about metadata. It is not proof that a contract ended, and this record does not assert that it did. A contract can persist while a credit changes, and a credit can change for delivery reasons unrelated to rights.

THE SIGNING DATE IS CONTRADICTED IN THE SOURCES. A Ugandan trade report dated 28 May 2019 treats the Sony signing as news that week. Two Ugandan reports dated 4 April 2022 both state the recording deal was signed in 2018. The first Sony phonogram credit on a release is dated 2 August 2019. All three are recorded; none is preferred.

THE APRIL 2022 RENEWAL WAS A MANAGEMENT RENEWAL. Both live 4 April 2022 sources describe a renewal of Vinka's management contract with Swangz Avenue and state she remained a Sony recording artist. Neither reports a renewal of the Sony recording contract itself. A third report headlined as a Sony contract renewal was checked on 16 September 2026 and its URL returned HTTP 404, so it is not cited.

KELELE DIGITAL COULD NOT BE ESTABLISHED. Kelele Digital has no company record in this directory and no source describing it resolved when checked. Two public directory pages for the company were requested on 16 September 2026 and returned a connection failure and HTTP 404 respectively, so no characterisation of it is published here. What is evidenced is only the credit line itself: "Distributed by Kelele Digital" appears on Swangz Avenue releases from 14 March 2018 onward, including Vinka's. Whether that reflects an exclusive distribution arrangement or simply the default route for a self-release is not established, and no agreement between the two is public.

EXCLUSIONS. Guest appearances and third-party issues are excluded from the ownership trail because the credit records the issuing party's claim, not the featured artist's label position: Lilo Mziki, Black Magic Entertainment, Global Records, Gagamel International, Dream City Music Empire, Dax Vibez, Karole Kasita, K&K Music, Fik Fameica / Vinka, Aaronx and Vinka, and Afro Prime / Swangz Avenue / ONErpm on Nzigulawo II, where Spice Diana is the lead artist. Two tracks on Vinka's Deezer artist profile, "Sepanjang Hidupku" (13 September 2020, label Musicblast.id) and "Hanya Aku" (30 July 2026, label JX1N Culture), carry Indonesian-language titles, do not appear on the Apple catalogue for artist 1117654353, and appear to belong to an unrelated artist merged into the same Deezer profile. Both are excluded as a data-quality exclusion. "Don't Get It Twisted" (17 June 2026) does appear on the Apple catalogue but reads ℗ 2026 JX1N Culture, the same imprint as the Indonesian-titled Deezer entry, and is excluded as unresolved.
