The Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) is a collective management organisation based in Nairobi, established in 1983. It licenses the public use of music and collects and distributes performance and mechanical royalties on behalf of composers, authors, arrangers and publishers in Kenya.

MCSK is one of the three bodies in Kenya’s collective licensing system, alongside the neighbouring-rights and producer organisations, and has been the subject of repeated regulatory and governance scrutiny over royalty distribution.
