JO:LA Labs is a South African music-technology company that publicly launched Roster, an AI-driven business-management platform for artists, managers, independent labels and publishers, on 3 September 2026. Roster covers bookings, royalties, contracts and catalogue tools.

The company was founded by Thabiso Khati, a South African music-industry executive with prior roles at Universal Music Group Africa and Gallo Record Company. It is independent, with no outside ownership stake reported. As of its launch, the product is in invite-only testing in South Africa with plans to expand to other African markets.
