Kountry Klub Records is an independent South African record label founded and owned by Kingsley Kalinde, the Zimbabwean-born, Pretoria-based artist who records as Kingsley. It releases his own catalogue, which dates back at least to the 2022 album Dying To Mention, and put out his debut hip-hop fusion album Kountry Klub King through Gallo’s Music Arena distribution partner CCA.
The label is artist-owned with no major-label parent. In February 2026 Kingsley signed a publishing agreement with Gallo Music Publishers, part of the Gallo Music Group under Arena Holdings. The structure is worth noting: rather than signing his catalogue away, the deal established Kountry Klub Publishing as a division of his own label, administered by Gallo. Gallo’s head of publishing, Rob Cowling, said the company became aware of his songwriting after the album’s release through CCA. Ownership of the works stays with Kountry Klub Records.
Directory note: Kountry Klub Publishing was previously filed here as a separate record and has been merged into this entry as an alias, since it is a division of the same company under the same owner and rests on the same sourcing. The label has no website; its only owned channel is an Instagram account.
