Milo, an artist from Côte d’Ivoire, has released a gospel album titled 1 MESSAGE: JESUS. The project applies a contemporary gospel approach that combines African rhythms, modern melodies and personal songwriting.
Across the album, Milo addresses themes of devotion, protection, gratitude and the recognition of God’s presence through life’s highs and lows. The record presents faith in a conversational and energetic style.
The track ‘Commando’ describes Jesus as a protector and guide. Sung in two languages, the Afro-gospel song pairs vulnerability with uptempo energy and frames faith as a source of strength during difficult periods.
On ‘Venez Voir’, Milo is joined by David Ize for a celebration of God’s wonders. The song uses festive rhythms and a collective tone, built for group singing and expressions of grace.
The album keeps its message direct while foregrounding the music, with a sound rooted in African musical energy.
K3NZO, also from Côte d’Ivoire, has released the latest single ‘Habibi’, an afrobeats anthem that explores emotion.
