Starstruck Management is a US-based artist and talent management company founded in 1998 by Joseph “Screwface” Charles, who remains its founder and CEO. The company describes itself as offering artist management, artist development, music publishing, distribution, label services, project management and executive production, and says it represents more than 40 artists, songwriters and producers.
It is independently owned, with no parent company disclosed. Starstruck is headquartered in the United States but states on its own site that it has operations abroad in Angola, Brazil, Nigeria and Portugal. Its current roster includes Nigerian artist Wande Coal, whose management places the company inside African music business dealings even though it is not African-owned or African-headquartered.
