LVRN, short for Love Renaissance, is an Atlanta-based independent music company founded in 2012 by five partners: Junia Abaidoo, Justice Baiden, Tunde Balogun, Sean “Famoso” McNichol and Carlon Ramong. It has built its roster around R&B and hip-hop artists including Summer Walker and 6lack, with the company crediting its catalogue with more than 30 billion streams. Its own recordings are distributed through Interscope Geffen A&M, a Universal Music Group label, and its publishing has run through a separate administration partnership with Warner Chappell Music since early 2021.

In January 2023, Matt Pincus’s investment company MUSIC took an undisclosed minority equity stake in LVRN, capital the company said was earmarked partly for expansion into the U.K. and West Africa. LVRN has since signed Nigerian-British producer Thisizlondon (2024) and Nigerian artist Odeal (2024), and represents South African amapiano duo TxC and Nigerian DJ Spinall.
