Freeme Digital, also trading as Freeme Music, is a Nigerian music distribution and label-services company based in Lagos, founded in 2013 by Michael Ugwu, a former general manager of Sony Music West Africa. It also keeps an office in London.

The company is independent and founder-led. It provides digital distribution, rights management and label services to African artists and rights holders, and has launched a self-service platform for independent rights holders. Ugwu was the first Black person appointed to the board of the independent-label rights agency Merlin.

It matters as one of the longest-running Nigerian-owned distributors, predating the current wave of Afrobeats distribution entrants.
