Elizabeth Music Group

Elizabeth Music Group is a US-based independent music publishing administrator founded by producer and songwriter Zachary Michael, who operates under the name TheZachMichael. The company describes itself as having launched in May 2024. It represents songwriters and producers for worldwide publishing administration, royalty collection and sync licensing, and says it represents more than 140 creators and over 6,000 songs.

The companys own site names the operating entity in its footer as Elizabeth Records LLC. A Florida business registry search found one company under that exact name, filed 21 December 2018 and administratively dissolved on 27 September 2019 for failure to file an annual report, five years before Elizabeth Music Group says it was founded. No evidence ties that dissolved filing to the current operation, and no other active registration under either name was found in the jurisdictions checked.
