Read this before citing: This record does not claim that Peruzzi left Davido Music Worldwide, that any agreement was terminated, or that he will remain with ONErpm. It records what the announcement claimed and what the credit lines show, and states that the gap between them is unresolved. A phonogram credit evidences an asserted control position over a recording; it is not a contract and a label services, A&R or publishing arrangement can run for years without appearing on one. Peruzzi is referenced here as an artist, not as a corporate party: no personal rights-holding entity for him appears in this directory, and the parties listed are the four companies named in the documents. Golden Boy Entertainment, which asserted a competing claim to his recordings in 2018, is cited in the sources but not listed as a party, because no company entity for it exists in this directory and no document found establishes its current position. In April 2024 Davido announced that every artist signed to Davido Music Worldwide would be moved to Nine+ Records, a venture launched days earlier in partnership with UnitedMasters. Nigerian entertainment press reporting that announcement listed Peruzzi among the artists being moved and quoted Davido directly: “All dmw artists would be moved to Nine+ records …. Clearing the air!”
This record documents that announced move as it applies to Peruzzi, and sets it against the phonogram credit on his own releases, which is the line that names who controls a master recording. The two do not agree, and they did not agree before the announcement either.

What the documents establish
Davido Music Worldwide is named as the phonogram owner on Peruzzi’s 2021 release. It is absent from the credit on his November 2021 release, which names Peruzzi alone. From August 2022 onward every credit checked names Peruzzi as the phonogram owner and ONErpm as an exclusive licensee. That is an ownership position plus a licence out, not a transfer: on the face of the credit line Peruzzi owns the master and licenses it exclusively to ONErpm, which distributes it.
No release checked, up to and including the October 2025 album, carries a Nine+ Records or UnitedMasters credit of any kind.
What the documents do not establish
No document found states that Peruzzi’s recording agreement with Davido Music Worldwide was terminated, when it was terminated, or on what terms. A phonogram credit records who asserts control of a recording. It is not a contract and it does not disclose one. The disappearance of the Davido Music Worldwide credit from Peruzzi’s releases in late 2021 is a documented fact; the legal event behind it is not.
The official UnitedMasters announcement of the Nine+ Records partnership, read in full from an Internet Archive capture, does not name Peruzzi or any other individual artist as moving. The specific claim that Peruzzi was part of the move rests on Davido’s own social media statement as reported by Nigerian entertainment press, not on UnitedMasters’ newsroom copy.
In July 2022, between the release that dropped the Davido Music Worldwide credit and the release that first carried the ONErpm licence, Peruzzi publicly denied rumours that he had left Davido Music Worldwide and said he was committed to Davido for life. That statement and the credit line covering the same period point in different directions. Both are recorded here.
