Nø Førmat! is a Paris record label incorporated in 2004 as NO FORMAT, a société à responsabilité limitée. Laurent Bizot, born December 1972, is recorded as the company’s sole gérant in the French company register. The register publishes officers rather than shareholders, so the label’s ownership beyond that could not be established.
The label issues its own catalogue under the barcode prefix 3663729, selling physical and digital releases direct through its own shop and Bandcamp. On Fatoumata Diawara’s album Massa, Nø Førmat! holds the compilation copyright and is the exclusive licensee of masters owned by a separate company, Nare Productions, rather than the owner of those recordings itself.
