IROKO Limited (formerly IROKO Partners Ltd) is a UK-registered holding company, founded in 2010 by Jason Njoku and Bastian Gotter, for the group behind iROKOtv, the Lagos-based Nollywood streaming service. Group operations and content production are run out of Lagos under the UK holding structure. Njoku has been sole director since May 2022 and holds more than 50 percent but less than 75 percent of shares and voting rights.
The company had a compulsory strike-off notice against it suspended in March 2024 and remains active on the UK register.
