Qvinci Launches RoyaltyHub in the United States

Qvinci has introduced Qvinci RoyaltyHub, an integrated platform for automating royalty management for franchise brands.

Qvinci RoyaltyHub

Qvinci, a financial and operational performance management company based in Austin, Texas, United States, has launched Qvinci RoyaltyHub, an integrated platform designed to automate royalty management for franchise brands.

The product, announced on Sept. 15, 2026, aims to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and give franchisors and franchisees greater visibility into royalty processes.

What RoyaltyHub does#

Qvinci said the royalty process often relies on manual workflows and disconnected systems, covering sales data collection, fee calculation, invoicing, payment collection, and late payment management. Those workflows consume time, create opportunities for errors, and limit transparency for both franchisors and franchisees.

RoyaltyHub automates the entire royalty lifecycle in one connected platform, according to the company.

Executive comments#

“After years of working closely with franchise brands, we recognized that royalty management was an area where technology could make a significant impact,” said Brad Adams, President, CEO, and Chairman of Qvinci. “We wanted to create a solution that automates the royalty workflow for everyone involved while giving franchisors and franchisees greater accuracy, visibility, and confidence in the numbers.”

“RoyaltyHub brings together processes that have traditionally required multiple systems and significant manual oversight,” said Joe Barbano, Chief Revenue Officer at Qvinci. “By automating the entire royalty workflow, brands can spend less time managing spreadsheets, invoices, and payments and more time focused on supporting franchise growth.”

Integration and availability#

RoyaltyHub was designed to complement Qvinci Intelligence. By bringing royalty, financial, and operational intelligence together in one connected view, franchisors gain a more complete view of performance. The combined visibility of revenue and profitability trends alongside comparative benchmarking is intended to support decisions at the unit and system level.

More information about RoyaltyHub is available on the Qvinci website. Qvinci will also showcase the product during a live webinar titled “Introducing Qvinci RoyaltyHub: End-to-End Royalty Automation for Modern Franchise Brands” on September 24.
