The new company is founded by Giovanni Damiani, serving as head of business development, Sebi Bohnenberger as head of operations, board member Jay Pidgeon and managing director Martina Pemac.

“What stood out to us from the beginning as Only Good People’s genuine commitment to creativity and long-term artist development,” Kristina Altinger, senior manager of A&R (artists and repertoire) at Sony Music Publishing Germany, said in a statement. “They created an environment where songwriters and producers can truly grow, collaborate and reach their full potential. We’re excited to partner with the team behind Only Good Songs and help create new opportunities for the next generation of creative talent.”

The company’s publishing roster includes:

  • James Newman
  • Giovanni Damiani, who co-wrote the official anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, “DNA (More Than A Game),” via Only Good Songs
  • Reece Taylor
  • Dom Lyttle, also known as Decoy Tunes

Pemac, who is based in the company’s Stockholm office, said in a statement: “Songs break faster, earn slower but live longer than they ever had. That is the whole game now, yet most of the industry is still structured for a world where releases are events and artist development the labels’ problem. Only Good People was built as infrastructure to mee the new demands: management, publishing and creative development under one roof, with publishing that directly feeds dance music’s biggest stages, and careers you can sustain. This is just the beginning.”

Electric Feel signs Harry Beech#

Electric Feel Publishing has signed producer Harry Beech in the United Kingdom. Beech has worked with SZA, PARTYNEXTDOOR, 21 Savage, Raye, Kodak Black and others.

Beech said in a statement: “Signing with Electric Feel feels like the right step at the right time. From my first conversations with Sureeta and the team, they understood my vision and where I want to take the music. I’ve loved spending time with the teams in Miami, Los Angeles and Germany, and the whole Electric Feel family has made me feel incredibly welcome. I’m excited to get started and see where this next chapter takes me.”

Austin Rosen, founder and CEO of Electric Feel Entertainment, said: “Harry is a talented producer with a track record of creating great records across a wide range of artists. We’re excited to have him join Electric Feel Publishing and look forward to helping him continue to grow his career.”

Sureeta Nayyar, head of A&R, U.K., at Electric Feel Entertainment, said: “Harry’s talent speaks for itself. His versatility, instinct and work ethic make him one of those producers who bring magic to every room he’s in. We’re incredibly excited to welcome him to Electric Feel and be part of what’s next.”
