Cinq Music Group is a Los Angeles record label, distributor and rights-management company, founded in 2012 by Jason Peterson and Barry Daffurn. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoDigital Media Group, whose chairman and chief executive is Peterson. Cinq describes itself as “a full-stack music company with distribution, record label, publishing, and catalog divisions,” managing more than 80,000 assets and a roster that includes Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee and Janet Jackson.

Parent GoDigital announced a $250 million capital commitment to Cinq in February 2024 earmarked for catalogue acquisitions in reggaeton, Musica Mexicana, Afrobeats and country, and raised a further $230 million in November 2025, led by Bank of America, through a newly created GoDigital Music division. Cinq signed its first African artist, Zimbabwe’s King98, to a distribution deal in 2020, then announced the acquisition of D’Banj’s catalogue and a talent partnership with his C.R.E.A.M platform in July 2026, followed by a distribution partnership with Nairobi’s Soul HQ in August 2026.
