Inner Circle Publishing, also referred to as INCP, is a Lagos music publisher founded in 2025 by Caleb Oyolola and Promise Dennis. It signs songwriters and producers, and runs an affiliated label arm, Inner Circle Records.
The company is independent. In November 2025 it announced a publishing deal with Kobalt, described by both sides as a partnership and Kobalt’s entry into the Nigerian market; no source reviewed establishes that Kobalt took equity. Tyler Brown of Funfair Records and Publishing brokered the agreement and stayed involved in a creative and business development role. Terms were not disclosed.
Its signings include the producer Choke Boi, who produced Fido’s Joy Is Coming; Serotonin, whose single Venus with Faceless passed 100 million streams; and Dxtiny, on a long-term deal. The company previously managed Fido, and its label arm worked with The Orchard on Mavo’s Escaladizzy. It has no website, which is unsurprising for a firm barely a year old; note that innercirclepub.com belongs to an unrelated US publisher.
