Nigerian artist Rema‘s album ‘Rave & Roses (Ultra)’ has reached 3.5 billion streams on Spotify, holding its position as the most-streamed African album in the platform’s history.
The project continues to generate substantial streaming activity years after its release. ‘Calm Down’ and its remix featuring Selena Gomez account for a significant share of the total.
The album became the first African album to surpass 3 billion Spotify streams in August 2025, and it reached 3.4 billion streams in July 2026. It remains ahead of any Nigerian album on the platform.
