Partisan Music, an independent record label, has acquired Firebird’s stake in OTM Music and will merge the publishing company into its operations. The deal combines OTM with Left Music, the publishing arm Partisan acquired in 2022, creating an independent publishing operation with staff in London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles.

Alex Sheridan remains founder and CEO of OTM, working alongside Craig Michie as president and head of North America and Kate Sweetsur as head of A&R (artists and repertoire).

Partisan’s publishing expansion#
Partisan Records launched Left Music in 2022, with Sony Music Publishing U.K. managing its administrative services. Zena White, COO of Partisan, said the OTM partnership will allow the company to provide high-level creative services for music writers and publishing catalogs at the same calibre it offers recording artists.
