Gamehaus Agrees to Buy Majority Stake in AI Platform Anamana

Gamehaus Holdings Inc. has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Anamana, an artificial intelligence micro-serial and content production platform, in a share-based transaction with a US$7.0 million cash investment.

Gamehaus Holdings Inc., a mobile game publisher, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Anamana, a micro-serial content platform built on artificial intelligence (AI). The transaction will accelerate Gamehaus’s shift toward AI-driven content production and distribution.

Deal terms#

The agreements, both dated November 2, 2026, cover two parts: a share purchase and a direct cash investment. Following both, Gamehaus expects to hold approximately 56% of the equity in Techforge Co., Ltd (Techforge), the holding company of Anamana Pte. Ltd.

  • Share purchase: 7,778 ordinary shares of Techforge, for an aggregate US$19.6 million, paid entirely in Class A ordinary shares of Gamehaus. No cash is payable to the selling shareholders.
  • Cash investment: US$7.0 million subscribed directly into Techforge for 2,526 newly issued ordinary shares, expected to be funded from Gamehaus’s own funds.
  • Consideration shares: approximately 24.5 million Class A ordinary shares at US$0.80 each.
  • Expected completion: November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
  • Shareholder approval: not required.

The consideration shares will be issued in a private placement exempt from registration under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Gamehaus has agreed to use reasonable commercial efforts to file a registration statement on Form F-1 or Form F-3 covering their resale within 60 calendar days after closing.

Strategic direction#

Gamehaus describes the transaction as a step in its move from mobile game publishing to a broader AI content production and distribution business. After completion, it plans to establish Anamana as a new business in its portfolio and develop it into the company’s main driver of future growth. Gamehaus will continue to run its existing gaming business with a focus on cash flow and profitability.

Anamana’s long-term plan is to build on its micro-serial business, expand its production and distribution capabilities, and develop personalized, interactive entertainment with selected creators around the world. Gamehaus says it will pursue the same plan by combining its publishing, user acquisition, data analytics and monetization experience with Anamana’s AI-assisted production platform, creator ecosystem and distribution channels.

Gamehaus founder and chairman Feng Xie said:

We see an opportunity to apply the capabilities we have built in gaming to a broader range of AI-powered entertainment. Starting with Anamana’s micro-serial business, our goal is to develop a platform that connects content creation and distribution with increasingly personalized, interactive experiences. We aim to pursue this opportunity with a disciplined approach to investment and commercialization.

About Anamana#

Anamana was founded in 2025 and describes itself as an integrated AI-native micro-serial platform, production platform and global creator ecosystem incubator. Human storytellers use its agentic AI Anamana Studio production platform to produce high-fidelity serialized video content, with the company citing cost reductions of up to 97% in capital, time and manpower. The company says this lowers barriers to creation and makes production more accessible to individual creators.
