Talent Africa Group is a Kampala-based artist booking and event management company founded in 2007 by CEO Aly Allibhai. It operates as a “360 degree” entertainment business, covering artist and talent management, concert promotion, event ticketing, video production and digital marketing, alongside corporate and brand activation work for clients such as MTN and Airtel.
The company is independent, privately founded and led by Allibhai, with no external parent or publicly disclosed investor. It has produced concert series and tours at Kampala venues including the Sheraton Hotel Gardens and Ndere Cultural Centre, and created the televised talent show Pearl of Africa Star Search for NBS Television.
In March 2026, Talent Africa Group launched operations in Nairobi, extending its live events, talent management and festival organisation business into Kenya, one of the few Ugandan entertainment companies to expand across an East African border in this way.
