Soul HQ, also styled Soul Headquarters, is a Nairobi artist-management and label-services company founded by Kenyan music executive Faiza Hersi in 2021. Hersi built it out of Nairobi R&B, a concert series she started to bring R&B acts to Kenya, after concluding during the pandemic that East African artists needed structured career support rather than one-off shows. Soul HQ describes its own work as spanning management, A&R, mentorship, label services, publishing, bookings and live events for a roster that includes Kenyan artists Xenia Manasseh, Karun and Altair Saïd alongside Nigerian artist AYLØ.

In August 2026, Soul HQ entered a distribution partnership with Los Angeles label and distributor Cinq Music Group, a GoDigital Media Group company, covering global releases by Xenia Manasseh, AYLØ and Altair Saïd. The first release under the partnership, Altair Saïd’s single “So Easy,” arrived 14 August 2026. No source reviewed for this profile discloses financial terms of that partnership, and none states that Cinq holds any ownership stake in Soul HQ itself; the arrangement is described in both companies’ own statements as a distribution and services partnership.
