The Office National des Droits d’Auteur et des Droits Voisins (ONDA) is Algeria’s national copyright office, based in Algiers and created in 1973 under the Ministry of Culture. It protects the moral and economic rights of authors and holders of neighbouring rights in Algeria.
ONDA licenses the use of protected works, collects royalties and distributes them to authors, composers and their successors, and represents Algerian repertoire internationally.
