MAD Solutions (Measurable Accurate Digital Solutions) is a Lagos-founded digital music distributor and aggregator, offering distribution, label services, publishing administration, marketing and YouTube support to African artists and independent labels. Founded in May 2017 by Bugwu Aneto-Okeke, the company began by securing direct licensing deals with Apple Music and YouTube before adding a Merlin membership for broader digital service provider access. It now operates from Lagos alongside offices in Houston and Los Angeles, distributing catalogue into Nigeria, South Africa, the United States and Canada.
MAD Solutions is independent, founded and still led by Aneto-Okeke as chief executive. No shareholding filing or outside investment in the company itself has surfaced in press coverage or company disclosures; its funding-related deals, with Chordcash and Artsplit, channel capital to artists rather than into MAD Solutions.
