Harb Management is a Cairo-based talent management and development agency founded by Sherif Harb. It represents and develops artists, handling talent discovery alongside production, marketing and live-event work. No corporate filing was located to confirm its legal structure or founding date.
In October 2023, Universal Music Middle East & North Africa named Harb Management its local partner in Egypt for talent discovery and development, with the two to jointly work on production, marketing and brand partnerships. Egyptian hip-hop artists Ahmed Santa, Slyver and Abo El Anwar were named as part of the roster at launch. The company remains independently held; no ownership stake by Universal Music or any other major has been disclosed.
