Gazza Music Production is a recorded-music label based in Windhoek, Namibia, built around Namibian musician Lazarus Karandu Shiimi, who records as Gazza. Trade press reports he founded the label, trading as GMP Records, in 2004. It is the phonogram claimant on the majority of Gazza’s commercial catalogue, 29 of 42 album-level items tracked on Apple Music between 2019 and 2026, and has also carried releases by artists including Streetkids, Sunny Boy and Black Sheep.
No Namibian company registry filing was found confirming its legal form or ownership, and the label’s public face remains Gazza himself. It is one of the few Namibian labels with a continuous, documented recorded-music catalogue rather than a single-artist vanity credit.
