The Eswatini Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Society (ESWACOS) is Eswatini’s collective management organisation, based in Mbabane and operating under the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act of 2018. It is the body responsible for copyright administration in the country.
It registers members and their works, licenses music users, and collects and distributes royalties to rights holders. In 2025 it began a multi-year project funded by UNESCO’s International Fund for Cultural Diversity to train creators, rights holders and copyright users across Eswatini’s creative sector.
