EeZee Conceptz is a Lagos-based gospel record label and artiste management company, founded in 2013 (per the company’s own site; some press accounts place the founding as early as 2012 or as late as 2017) by Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu ThankGod, known professionally as Dr. EeZee Tee. It has carried the phonogram (P) credit on master recordings by Mercy Chinwo (2017-2021) and Judikay (2019-2023), and its roster has also included GUC, Chidinma and Esther Oji.
The label is independent and founder-led; no shareholding document or outside investor has been located. Nancy Nnadi is described in Nigerian press reports as managing director.
EeZee Conceptz and its founder are the subject of a public royalty dispute with former signee Mercy Chinwo, who alleged the label misappropriated $345,000 in royalties; the label countered that she earned over $625,000 under a 50/50 gross revenue-sharing agreement and had not delivered a contracted third album. Separately, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has charged Onyedikachukwu, in his personal capacity, with a three-count theft charge (Lagos charge sheet ID/25810c/25) alleging he dishonestly converted $443,371 belonging to Chinwo and Judikay in 2023, along with separate money-laundering and unlicensed foreign-exchange charges before the Federal High Court in Lagos. He has pleaded not guilty and the case is unresolved.
