The Bureau Congolais du Droit d’Auteur (BCDA) is the copyright and neighbouring-rights body of the Republic of the Congo, based in Brazzaville. It collects royalties for authors, including music composers, and distributes them to rights holders.

It handles the registration and declaration of works, neighbouring rights administration and ISRC code allocation, and operates a member portal. It reports a membership of more than three thousand, including Congolese artists such as Roga Roga and Extra Musica.
