Brothers Records is the imprint Nigerian singer Chike (Chike Ezekpeazu Osebuka) has recorded under since 2020, when his album Boo of the Booless carried a standalone Brothers Records phonogram credit. It is an artist-owned label used exclusively for his own catalogue rather than a roster of signed acts.
No public corporate filing confirms formal registration, but the ownership picture is straightforward: this is Chike’s own company, run for his own releases. From 2022 onward, credits on The Brother’s Keeper, Son of Chike and Son of Chike (Stripped) pair the Brothers Records name with ONErpm under exclusive-license language, making ONErpm the distributor of the imprint’s output worldwide.
The label has no separate public presence outside these credit lines, no listed office and no reported staff. Its significance is tied entirely to Chike’s own commercial run, including “Egwu,” his 2023 collaboration with the late Mohbad, which ONErpm reported passing 70 million streams.
