It is the only African entity named anywhere in that filing.
The accounts give its functional currency as the Ghanaian cedi for 2017 and 2018 and as the United States dollar for 2016. No registration number, incorporation date, registered office, shareholding percentage or revenue figure for the entity appears in the filing, and no separate African revenue number is disclosed in the group’s audited revenue note.
