Africa Music International Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, number 08586320, incorporated on 26 June 2013. It carried the name AFRICORI (INTERNATIONAL) LTD from incorporation until 11 December 2019, when it was renamed. Its registered office is Ground Floor, 31 Kentish Town Road, London NW1 8NL, and its registered activity is SIC 59200, sound recording and music publishing activities.

Control of the company changed on 27 June 2021. The register records Africori Capital Ltd, company number 08586164, as having held 75 per cent or more of the shares from 6 April 2016 until that date, and Kenket Ltd, company number 08584994, as holding 75 per cent or more of the shares from that date onwards. Both the cessation and the new notification were delivered to Companies House on 22 February 2022, roughly eight months after the date they record.

Joel Kenan has been a director since incorporation and has been the sole director since 22 September 2026, the date on which the co-founding director Maria Gisella Amalia Garbagnati Ketvel’s appointment terminated. Kenan signed a DS01, an application to strike the company off the register, on 28 September 2026. The Registrar published the first Gazette notice for voluntary strike-off on 6 October 2026, which states that the company will be struck off and dissolved not less than two months from that date unless cause is shown to the contrary.

The company’s own unaudited micro-entity accounts for the year ended 31 August 2025, signed by Mr J Kenan and authorised for issue on 4 October 2025, state in the going concern note: “The company ceased trading during the year. Following, the cessation of trade, the directors agreed to dissolve the company and apply for it to be struck off from companies house registrar by filing DS01 form.” Those accounts show fixed assets of £1,000, current assets of £6,273, creditors falling due within one year of £5,705, net assets of £1,568 and zero employees. No intangible asset, and therefore no capitalised music right, appears on that balance sheet.

The company is not named in Warner Music Group Corp.’s subsidiary list at Exhibit 21.1 to its Form 10-K filed with the SEC on 20 November 2025. That exhibit names two Africori entities, Africori Limited of the United Kingdom and Africori SA PTY LTD. of South Africa, and neither is this company.
