Goodlyfe Magic Limited is the Kampala-based company behind the Radio & Weasel catalogue, the recorded output of the Ugandan duo formerly known as Goodlyfe Crew: Moses "Mowzey Radio" Ssekibogo, who died in 2018, and Douglas "Weasel Manizo" Mayanja. Douglas Mayanja signed a 7 July 2026 termination notice as the company’s director, ending the Uganda Performing Right Society’s mandate to license, collect royalties and administer the catalogue.
No corporate filing was obtained. Uganda’s registrar of companies (URSB) has no public company search tool accessible from this desk, so the company’s incorporation date, directors beyond Mayanja’s self-description, and ownership structure could not be independently verified.
