KVLT WRLD is a Lagos-based artist management and live events company founded in 2019 by Jemedafe Caleb Ukoli, who also performs as Partyboy. Its core business is talent management and artist development, alongside event brands including “Even In The Day” and “Let’s Relate.” Apple’s own catalogue metadata lists a related name, “KVLT Ent.,” as co-licensor on recordings by its managed artist Llona between August 2023 and July 2025; no source consulted confirms whether this is a separate legal entity or a credit-line shorthand for KVLT WRLD itself.

The company has managed Nigerian recording artists Llona and, for a period from January 2020, Victony, who has since departed; rapper Abstraktt and DJ Six7even are also named in its roster. No Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission filing or other public registry record naming the company or its shareholders has been located, so ownership beyond Ukoli’s own founder account is not established.

KVLT WRLD operates in the Nigerian market from Lagos. Its own website did not resolve when checked directly, and the account of its history rests on a first-person profile of Ukoli rather than independent trade reporting.
