Promiseland Records is a Nigerian record label launched on 14 February 2026 in Abuja as a new division of Promiseland Estate, a Nigerian real estate development company. The label was unveiled at a Valentine’s Day event headlined by 2Baba and Tekno, with Promiseland Estate chairman Amb. Lawrence Emmanuel Oloche serving as the label’s CEO.
The label operates its own website, which lists a roster of five signed artists: Spirash, NicholasDee, Hero Daniel, Dare Social and A1 Shopper. It describes its focus as artist discovery, development, branding and music production. No separate corporate registration for Promiseland Records has been located; it is presented as a self-funded division of its parent company rather than an independently incorporated entity.
Coverage of the launch has so far been confined to Nigerian outlets (ThisDay Live, BrandIconImage), and the label has not yet been profiled by international trade press.
