Consol Drops New Album “Solshift”

After months of recording back-to-back, CONSOL says the momentum from “Who Do You Belong To” gave a whole new direction to how they approached their latest album, “SOLSHIFT.”

Performed by CONSOL and produced by Tayo Txn, “SOLSHIFT” represents an evolving moment for the duo in terms of style, sound and personality. The project is an introspective body of work designed to let listeners connect with the raw emotions of their own lives and journeys.

The title combines “SOL,” the Spanish word for sun, and “SHIFT,” representing the workforce being put in place to keep the dream alive.

The brown heart serves as the project’s signature, representing earth, culture, emotion and the unseen afterglow of the sun.

For CONSOL, “SOLSHIFT” is more than an album; it is the color of memory, created to make listeners remember who they are.
