OVMBR

OVMBR is the imprint of the British-Nigerian singer and songwriter Odeal, legal name Hillary Dennis Udanoh. It appears as the phonogram credit on his recorded catalogue, alone from 2022 to 2023 and jointly with the Atlanta label LVRN (Love Renaissance) from 2024.

Two UK companies carry the name, both registered at 2nd Floor, Northumberland House, 303-306 High Holborn, London WC1V 7JZ. OVMBR LTD, company number 12481117, was incorporated on 25 February 2020 under SIC code 59200, sound recording and music publishing activities. OVMBR SOUNDS LIMITED, company number 16138139, was incorporated on 16 December 2024 under SIC code 93290, other amusement and recreation activities not elsewhere classified. Both were active on the register when checked on 29 September 2026.

Udanoh is the sole serving director of both. The register records his control differently in each: in OVMBR SOUNDS LIMITED he holds 75 per cent or more of the shares and voting rights together with the right to appoint and remove directors, while in OVMBR LTD his registered interest is more than 25 per cent but not more than 50 per cent of the shares. A second founding director and person with significant control of OVMBR LTD, Oluwabukola David Kamson, resigned and ceased to hold control on 1 March 2023.

Which of the two companies is the entity named in the phonogram line could not be established: the credit reads “OVMBR” without a company suffix.

The brand’s own website, ovmbr.com, describes itself as “The official home of OVMBR” and gives the name as an acronym: “Our Variances Make Us Bold & Relentless.” Its navigation is limited to a gallery, events listings and a store, and it links to Odeal’s Apple Music artist page and social accounts. It publishes no company number, no registered address and no label or distribution copy.
