Burna Boy‘s 2019 album African Giant has crossed 1.4 billion streams on Spotify, becoming the Nigerian artist’s second project to reach that mark.
The milestone arrives seven years after the album’s release and follows its previous 1.3 billion-stream total, reached in June 2026.
African Giant is the fifth Nigerian project to surpass 1.4 billion Spotify streams. Burna Boy is the only artist to appear twice in that top five, with Love, Damini at No. 2 with more than 1.73 billion streams and African Giant now at No. 5.
