Colombian artists Yera and Jhosy have teamed with producer IzyBeats on ‘Interesada (Money Money)’, a single that pairs Afro-Latin rhythms with dancehall and tropical production.
IzyBeats is known for production that draws on African, Caribbean and Latin American instrumentation. Yera has two decades of Colombian musical experience and a catalogue that includes collaborations with major Latin artists. Jhosy is part of the Afro-Colombian urban movement.
The production provides the backdrop for contrasting vocal performances from Yera and Jhosy. The subtitle ‘Money Money‘ points to themes of attraction, ambition and complicated motives in modern relationships.
The single has a cross-cultural character and is positioned to reach audiences in Colombia, Africa and other markets.
