Leading Vibe (legal name The Leading Vibe UK Limited) is a UK-registered company wholly owned and solely directed by Nigerian singer-songwriter Tems (Temilade Openiyi). It was the label of record on her 2020 debut EP For Broken Ears. It has not appeared on a release since.
The company is British, number 12791380, incorporated 4 August 2020. Its only person with significant control is Temilade Anna Adejoke Openiyi, holding 75 per cent or more of the shares and voting rights and the right to appoint or remove directors, notified the day the company was formed. She is also its only director; no second officer has ever been appointed. No corporate parent, investor or label holds any interest in it, and it has never filed a charge or a mortgage.
Seven weeks after incorporation, on 25 September 2020, Tems released For Broken Ears with the phonographic copyright line “℗ 2020 Leading Vibe Ltd,” confirmed directly on Apple Music. She signed with Since ’93/RCA Records a year later, announced 16 September 2021. Every one of her four own-catalogue releases since, checked through November 2025, carries a Since ’93/RCA Records phonogram credit instead. Leading Vibe remains active and compliant on the UK register; it simply does not appear in her catalogue metadata again.
