Nay for Media is a Giza-based record label and full-service media company built around one artist. Its own site states it exclusively manages Egyptian singer Amr Diab worldwide, running his recording output through Nay Studios alongside artist management and event production.
Nay released Diab’s catalogue between 2016 and 2024, after he left Saudi label Rotana and before his move to Sony Music in 2024. That catalogue, and future releases, went exclusively to streaming platform Anghami under a multi-year deal announced in February 2022; Anghami’s own SEC filings name Nay as one of several large regional Arabic labels it holds licence agreements with.
No registry filing or company record names Nay’s founder or ownership structure. Given its role and public description, it functions as Amr Diab’s personal label and management operation rather than an independent company signing outside artists.
