SnowChiff

London-based rap artist SnowChiff has released his new studio album, “Snow Business,” a project that draws on contemporary Nigerian street-hop.

The album follows his 2020 debut, “Son of a Dj,” and features Afro-rap production with high-energy rhythms.

One track on the album is “Some Like It Hot (Iheanacho),” featuring JEPH Wayne and produced by Rico Beats, whose credits include work connected to Brooklyn drill artist Pop Smoke. The song blends heavy basslines with SnowChiff’s African delivery, linking New York drill influences with Nigerian street-hop.

“Snow Business” also includes “Kom Nonu” with Slimcase, along with solo tracks:

  • “Squad”
  • “Enwe Gi”
  • “English”

The release follows two nominations for SnowChiff at the Top Naija Music Awards.
