Nigerian Artist Swayvee Opens ‘A Yearner’s Diary’ with ‘PersWaysion’

Nigerian artist Swayvee will release a new project, “PersWaysion,” on August 14, 2026. The release marks the opening of “A Yearner’s Diary.”

The project explores the inner workings of a mind consumed by attraction, desire, fantasy, vulnerability, obsession, and emotional surrender. It captures the complicated emotions between wanting someone and becoming completely immersed in them.

The title “PersWaysion” is a creative play on Swayvee’s name, built around the idea of being persuaded by the artist and, ultimately, by the woman occupying his thoughts.

Through a carefully curated rollout, Swayvee has unveiled the project in fragments, allowing fans to experience it like pages from a private diary.

“PersWaysion” is the first entry in “A Yearner’s Diary” and will be released on August 14, 2026.
