The Leading Vibe UK Limited is the independent recording vehicle of Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi (Tems), incorporated in the UK on 4 August 2020 with Openiyi as sole director. It held the phonographic copyright in her pre-major-label catalogue, including the EP For Broken Ears and the singles “These Days,” “Damages” and “Free Mind” (all 2020), credited on release as “© 2020 Leading Vibes Ltd.”
Tems later signed to RCA Records for her major-label releases, and separately co-founded the UK label Since ’93 as a joint venture with RCA. The Leading Vibe name now also covers the Leading Vibe Initiative, a philanthropic programme Tems launched in 2025 to support young African women in music through workshops, mentorship and industry access, run out of the same leadingvibe.com web presence.
