Starboy Entertainment Limited was the recording and rights-holding vehicle of Nigerian artist Wizkid (Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun), incorporated in the UK on 21 March 2016. It was credited as the copyright owner of Wizkid’s master recordings on releases since at least 2024, with RCA Records/Sony Music International holding an exclusive licence to distribute them.
Wizkid was the company’s founding director until his resignation on 8 August 2018, when Jada Pollock (Jadine Jackie Pollock), his manager, became sole director. UK Companies House records show the company was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 16 June 2026, the second such strike-off after an earlier dissolution in December 2022 and restoration in June 2023.
