Holdingselskabet af 29. juni 2010 ApS is a Danish private limited company (anpartsselskab) registered with the Danish Business Authority under CVR number 33050593 since 29 June 2010, at Gruts Alle 6, 2900 Hellerup, care of the lawyer Frederik Bruhn-Petersen. The register classifies its activity as other financial intermediation not elsewhere classified, and lists six registered owners: Helle Karin Bruhn-Petersen, Frederik Bruhn-Petersen, Marit Josephine Bolvinkel Bruhn-Petersen, Aleksandra Bjorn Hansen, Julie Katharina Thestrup and Caroline Helena Frederikke Lautrup.
The company appears in the subscription-undertakings table of the 10 April 2026 company announcement by Mdundo.com A/S, the Danish-registered parent of the pan-African music service Mdundo, where it is the only participant described as an external investor rather than an existing shareholder. It committed a bottom guarantee of DKK 2,500,000, approximately 24.5 per cent of the issue and the single largest commitment in the table.
Mdundo’s outcome announcement of 7 May 2026 shows activated guarantee commitments of 1,548,873 shares, a figure identical to the total of the top guarantees in the same table, indicating the bottom guarantee was not called. Mdundo’s announcement of 20 May 2026 states that all top guarantors elected to take their 12 per cent guarantee commission in shares and that the sole bottom guarantor elected cash. No source names the company as a holder of Mdundo shares.
