The register lists Jesper Vesten Drescher as its sole owner and records its activity as management consultancy.

Drescher is chairman of the board of Mdundo.com A/S, the Danish-registered parent of the pan-African music service Mdundo, which is admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. Mdundo’s own company announcement of 10 April 2026 lists JVD Holding ApS as holding 1,328,803 shares in Mdundo before that month’s rights issue, and records a pre-subscription commitment from JVD Holding of DKK 1,328,803, approximately 13.0 per cent of the issue and the largest single pre-subscription. Mdundo’s registered office address in the same announcement, Jagtvaenget 2, 2920 Charlottenlund, is the address at which JVD Holding ApS is itself registered.

Mdundo’s company announcement 09-2026, dated 24 April 2026, records a non-binding letter of intent from an unnamed third party contemplating a directed share issue combined with a possible purchase of shares from major shareholders including JVD Holding ApS, which could give that investor up to approximately 40 per cent of Mdundo. Drescher was excluded from the board’s handling of that proposal because of the conflict of interest arising from his ownership of JVD Holding ApS.
