Wande Coal and Davido

Nigerian singer Oluwatobi Ojosipe, known as Wande Coal, has responded to Davido, the head of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW). Davido commented on why Wande Coal’s viral verse on Come My Way was never officially released.

Wande Coal posted his reaction on his official X account. He said he was frustrated by outside attempts to control the song’s release, adding that the track already had a release plan and date before any outside involvement.

“Carry song come give you as how? Song wey been get release plan and date!!! Song wey no be your own you wan dictate release plan. That song fuckin did well without you on it bruv!!”
