The Bureau Togolais du Droit d’Auteur (BUTODRA) is Togo’s copyright body, based in Lome and created by Law 91-12 of 10 June 1991 on the protection of copyright, folklore and neighbouring rights. It operates under the ministry responsible for culture.

It manages copyright, neighbouring rights and folklore across music, literature and the visual arts, collecting royalties from users of protected works and distributing them to authors. It runs five technical directorates and a network of regional agencies across Togo.
