The Organisme Tunisien des Droits d’Auteur et des Droits Voisins (OTDAV) is Tunisia’s national body for the collective management of copyright and neighbouring rights, based in Tunis and placed under the Ministry of Culture. It was previously known as OTPDA.
It licenses the public use of musical, dramatic and literary works, and collects and distributes royalties to authors, composers, publishers and neighbouring-rights holders in Tunisia.
