Unlike the companion dataset, this wider window does not have a surviving per-market raw chart file for 6 of its 26 dates (6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15 September), so it cannot distinguish 'charting below cutoff' from 'off every chart' on those 6 dates the way the narrower dataset does; it only establishes whether Algeria made the panel that day.
